Welcome to Performance Detailing & HP. By scheduling services, purchasing products, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

• A deposit may be required to secure your appointment for services including but not limited to window tint, paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coatings, truck accessories, lighting installations, and vehicle enhancements.
• Deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
• If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
• No-call/no-show appointments will result in loss of deposit and may require prepayment for future bookings.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel appointments at our discretion.

• Customers are responsible for informing us of any pre-existing damage, aftermarket modifications, electrical issues, or mechanical concerns before service begins.
• Performance Detailing & HP is not responsible for failures related to pre-existing conditions, poor prior installations, aging materials, aftermarket electronics, or manufacturer defects.
• Vehicles must be reasonably clean before certain services. Excessively dirty vehicles may incur additional prep charges.

• Window tint film requires curing time. Customers understand that temporary haze, moisture pockets, or distortion may appear during the curing process.
• Customers agree not to roll down windows for the recommended curing period provided at pickup.
• Performance Detailing & HP is not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions.
• Certain vehicles may have factory defects, contamination, or existing scratches that become more visible after tint installation.

• PPF and ceramic coating installations are designed to help protect surfaces but do not guarantee prevention of all damage.
• Rock chips, scratches, staining, water spotting, and wear may still occur depending on driving conditions and maintenance.
• Proper maintenance is required to maximize product longevity.
• Warranty coverage is limited to manufacturer defects and installation-related issues only.

• Customers acknowledge that aftermarket accessories and lighting installations may interact with factory systems differently depending on vehicle make and model.
• We are not responsible for manufacturer software updates, electrical failures unrelated to our installation, or compatibility limitations.
• Some installations may void portions of manufacturer warranties. Customers accept responsibility for understanding their vehicle warranty terms.

• Vehicles not picked up within 48 hours of completion may incur storage fees unless prior arrangements are made.
• Performance Detailing & HP is not responsible for vehicles or belongings left overnight beyond normal business operations.

• Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept approved payment methods listed at checkout or invoicing.
• Returned payments, chargebacks, or fraudulent disputes may result in legal action and recovery fees.

• Any workmanship warranty provided is limited to the specific service performed.
• Warranty coverage becomes void if another shop modifies, removes, or repairs our work.
• Abuse, neglect, accidents, improper maintenance, or failure to follow aftercare instructions void warranty coverage.

• Performance Detailing & HP shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages related to services performed.
• Liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

• All content, logos, images, and branding on this website are property of Performance Detailing & HP and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
• Pricing, promotions, and services are subject to change without notice.
